Plickers is a great option as an assessment or survey tool if your students don’t have devices. Students each receive a response card, which they hold up to record their answer. Teachers scan the room with the Plickers mobile app, and responses are recorded and displayed.

YouTube is a popular video hosting site. For video viewers, there is tons of content to peruse, much of legal and free to show in the classroom. For video creators, content can be hosted on a free YouTube channel, and basic video editing tools are available.
Zoom is a web conferencing program used by several schools in PALNI. If your school does not subscribe, you can sign up for a free Zoom account, and host short meetings (40 mins or less) of up to 100 participants. It includes features like screen share, recording, and break out rooms for discussion.
